Madonna na czele nominacji do MTV Video Music Awards 2026
Madonna z imponującą liczbą 11 nominacji otwiera tegoroczną listę pretendentów do statuetek MTV Video Music Awards, a tuż za nią plasuje się Taylor Swift z 9 nominacjami. Wśród najważniejszych artystów walczących o tegoroczne wyróżnienia znaleźli się także Ariana Grande, Sabrina Carpenter, Bruno Mars, PinkPantheress, Zara Larsson, LISA i Shakira. Ceremonia MTV Video Music Awards 2026 odbędzie się już 27 września w Los Angeles.
MTV ogłosiło nominacje do 2026 MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs), jednego z najważniejszych wydarzeń światowej sceny muzycznej. Tegoroczna lista nominowanych obejmuje zarówno największe gwiazdy muzyki, jak i przedstawicieli nowego pokolenia artystów, których twórczość w ciągu ostatnich 12 miesięcy zdobyła międzynarodowe uznanie i wpłynęła na współczesną kulturę muzyczną.
Na czele tegorocznej listy nominowanych znalazła się Madonna z 11 nominacjami, a tuż za nią Taylor Swift z 9 nominacjami. Ariana Grande i Sabrina Carpenter otrzymały po 7 nominacji. Bruno Mars, PinkPantheress i Zara Larsson powalczą o pięć statuetek, LISA ma cztery nominacje, a Shakira i Tate McRae po trzy.
Madonna ma szansę powiększyć swój imponujący dorobek 19 zwycięstw w konkursowych kategoriach VMAs. Artystka została nominowana m.in. w kategorii Teledysk roku (Video of the Year) za „Confessions II – The Film”, a także w kategoriach Artystka roku (Artist of the Year), Piosenka roku (Song of the Year), Najlepsza współpraca (Best Collaboration), Najlepszy teledysk taneczny (Best Dance), Najlepsza reżyseria (Best Direction), Najlepsza scenografia (Best Art Direction), Najlepsze zdjęcia (Best Cinematography), Najlepszy montaż (Best Editing), Najlepsza choreografia (Best Choreography) i Najlepsze efekty wizualne (Best Visual Effects).
Taylor Swift, która ma już na koncie 30 statuetek Moon Person, otrzymała nominacje m.in. w kategoriach Teledysk roku (Video of the Year), Artystka roku (Artist of the Year) i Najlepszy teledysk popowy (Best Pop) za „The Fate of Ophelia”. Artystka powalczy również o zwycięstwo w kategoriach Najlepsza reżyseria (Best Direction), Najlepsza scenografia (Best Art Direction), Najlepsze zdjęcia (Best Cinematography), Najlepszy montaż (Best Editing), Najlepsza choreografia (Best Choreography) i Najlepsze efekty wizualne (Best Visual Effects).
Tegoroczna edycja VMAs przynosi również 26 artystów nominowanych po raz pierwszy. Wśród nich znaleźli się m.in. CORTIS, Don Toliver, Kali Uchis, Noah Kahan, Olivia Dean, Sienna Spiro, Yung Lean i GENER8ION. GENER8ION i Yung Lean otrzymali po trzy nominacje, natomiast CORTIS i Stella Lefty po dwie.
Jednym z najważniejszych wydarzeń tegorocznej edycji będzie powrót kategorii Najlepszy teledysk taneczny (Best Dance), która pojawia się w programie VMAs po raz pierwszy od siedmiu lat. O statuetkę w tej kategorii powalczą Bebe Rexha & Faithless, Harry Styles, Lady Gaga & Doechii, Madonna, PinkPantheress, Slayyyter i Tate McRae. Sponsorem kategorii jest BACARDÍ® Rum.
Ceremonia 2026 MTV Video Music Awards odbędzie się w niedzielę, 27 września, w Los Angeles. W Polsce gala zostanie wyemitowana dzień później, w poniedziałek, 28 września, o godz. 21:00 na kanale MTV. Polscy widzowie będą mogli zobaczyć najważniejsze muzyczne wydarzenie roku podczas specjalnej emisji przygotowanej na antenie MTV.
Polscy fani mogą już głosować w 13 kategoriach tegorocznych MTV Video Music Awards za pośrednictwem oficjalnej strony głosowania. Głosowanie w większości kategorii potrwa do 25 września. Wyjątkiem jest kategoria Najlepszy nowy artysta (Best New Artist), w której fani będą mogli oddawać głosy aż do rozpoczęcia gali.
